Information design born out of an obsession with American sport statistics, in particular the NFL.

This book, complete with slipcase, visually represents the extensive lists of statistics from the 2009 season of the National Football League. The format is a scaled down representation of the sport’s playing surface and the number of pages is determined by the length of the field. 100 yards, 100 pages. The book begins by summarizing the season’s results and league tables before moving on to display the leading player statistics for each aspect of the game; offence, defence, and special teams. The third section of the book looks at each of the thirty-two teams in the National Football League in depth, showing their results from each game, season record, and leading player for each of the aforementioned categories of statistics. The book finishes by analyzing the main event of the football calendar, the Superbowl.
